In the unlikely event that an item/s in your order are found to be faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt of your order, with photographic proof of any damage.
It is your responsibility as the customer to thoroughly check each item that you order from us upon receipt, and to report any breakages or damage in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
Glass or quartz items should be thoroughly inspected for damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt, as these items cannot be returned once used. We will replace any items reported as broken or damaged in transit so long as we are notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
We are unable to refund payments for items that are not reported as broken or damaged in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
If there were no faults upon the receipt of your product but you encounter any issues after subsequent uses, please ensure that you check the product warranty, which can be found on our website.
If the fault falls within the warranty timings and specifications, we will replace your product. You will not be required to send us back the faulty product.
